Laser, from its full name Laser Performance is a brand of a shipyard that specializes in light sailing. Their flagship model is a singlehanded dinghy: the well known and widespread Laser and Olympic singlehanded dinghy for men and women (Standard and Radial). The Laser dinghy range The current range includes, the Laser Bug, an optimistic competitor, the SunFish, the Pico, the Laser (4.7, Radial, Standard), the Laser Vago which is a double dinghy and the Laser Bahia which is a collective dinghy. The Laser shipyard has also produced high performance dinghies such as the Laser 3000, 4000 and the very powerful Laser 5000 but the production of these boats has stopped. Only the Laser 4000 still exists under the name of 4000. The Laser brand on the second-hand market The brand is renowned for producing robust and high quality boats.
